60% rent review increase agreed in Nuneaton
Acting on behalf of the landlord, Cartwright Marston Commercial have successfully agreed the rent review of a public house in Attleborough, Nuneaton.
The rent was successfully increased on behalf of the landlord by Guy Hands of Cartwright Marston Commercial from the passing rental of £7,500 per annum up to £12,000, an increase of £4,500 per annum.
The property constitutes 998sqft of public house with living accommodation on the first floor. The revised rental equates to approximately £17.60 Zone A.
